This pricing only pertains to studio rentals for photo and video shoots. To inquire about events, meetings, and all other purposes, please contact us.

Please note that by booking, you're agreeing to the Studio Rental Agreement. Upon arrival: please provide a photo ID & credit card for incidentals, and sign the Studio Rental Agreement. Standard studio cleaning fee: Studio L: $25. Studio J: $45 (automatically applied to your booking). Additional cleaning fees (upon incident): $250+ for clean up of broken glass, feathers, glitter, confetti, hair, body paint, sand, or anything else that is harder to clean up, as referenced in the Studio Rental Agreement
