Please note that by booking, you’re agreeing to the Studio Rental Agreement.
Upon arrival: please provide a photo ID & credit card for incidentals, and sign the Studio Rental Agreement.
Standard studio cleaning fee: Studio L: $25. Studio J: $35. Studio Z: $50 (automatically applied to your booking).
Additional cleaning fees (upon incident): $250+ for clean up of broken glass, feathers, glitter, confetti, hair, body paint, sand, or anything else that is harder to clean up, as referenced in the Studio Rental Agreement
