Spring is here just in time to reel us back in after falling off of the new healthy habits we set out to establish as part of our New Year’s resolutions. We had the best intentions and did really well for a little while there, but it’s been three months now, and we need a new boost! Whether your goals consist of getting in a better shape or not, physical movement is of essential importance in feeling empowered and enthusiastic towards your various pursuits and fills your energy reserve with more fuel to keep going instead of the usual curl-up-into-fetal-position mode.
